Adding items to, or changing your order
If you would like to make amendments to your order please contact us in advance with your requirements and we will try our best to accommodate by adding or changing items but this can lead to a slight delay when dispatching your order. We can not always guarantee this service.
Failed delivery attempts & re-delivery charges
If you are not available to accept delivery of the order, the courier will leave a calling card to advise that a delivery attempt has been made. The courier will automatically attempt delivery the next working day. We do advise that when placing an order you provide a mobile contact number so the courier can send a text message on the morning of delivery with a one hour delivery window. You can respond to the text message to request the parcel be left in a safe location or with a neighbour, please note that this is at the customers own risk. If an order is returned back us, you will be charged a £6.75 return to sender charge. Cancelling an order at this stage will not result in the refund of the delivery costs and these will be deducted from any refund.
Damaged, faulty or incorrect items
We are happy to replace or refund any damaged, faulty or incorrectly supplied items right away. If you receive a faulty item this will need to be returned to us for further analysis to identify the root of the problem. Where this is necessary, we will reimburse your return postage costs up to correctly calculated 1st class post as long as this is arranged with customer service in advance.
Please contact us directly if you would like to cancel your order and we will be happy to refund your order. Please allow up to 3 working days for the money to enter your bank. Unfortunately, if your order is in the process of being dispatched we are unable to cancel your order. We strongly advise against refusing deliveries if you decide to cancel as non-delivered parcels can take longer to be retuned to us and can incur additional costs which will be deducted from your refund.
